What rack standard do your panels comply with?+
All standard panels are manufactured to EIA-310-D, the standard for 19" rack-mount equipment. We also support 10" (half-rack) and 23" (telecom) on custom orders.
What materials are available?+
6061-T6 aluminum (.090"/2.3mm standard, other gauges available) and cold-rolled steel (16ga standard). 304 stainless steel available for specialty applications such as marine or food-grade environments.
What finishes do you offer?+
Type II anodized in black and clear/natural, powder coat in standard RAL colors, brushed/raw aluminum, and zinc plating on steel. Custom colors and textured finishes available on request.
Can you produce custom cutouts and engraving?+
Yes. CNC-machined cutouts, laser-cut openings, silk-screen labeling, and laser engraving are all available. Send a drawing (DXF, DWG, PDF, or sketch) with your quote request.
What is your minimum order quantity?+
No minimum for standard 1U and 2U sizes. Custom fabrication runs typically start at 5 units for best per-unit pricing; one-off prototype runs are available at a higher per-unit rate.
What is your typical lead time?+
Standard sizes: 3–5 business days. Custom fabrication: 7–14 business days depending on complexity, finish, and volume. Rush production is available — note in your quote request.
Do you offer bulk pricing?+
Yes. Volume discounts begin at 50 units and scale further at 200+ and 1,000+ unit tiers. Contract pricing available for ongoing supply agreements.
Are your panels made in the USA?+
Yes. All fabrication, finishing, and assembly are performed in our Texas facility. Country-of-origin documentation provided on request for procurement compliance.
